[Setup Time: 10 Min.] [Current Condition: Good]
A spinning bicycle wheel suspended on one side demonstrates precession. Can either be hand held or, in Rooms 301 and 428, suspended from the ceiling.
1. If desired, one handle of the wheel can be tied to the long rope in 428 or 301. Otherwise, it can be held by hand from the attached string. When not using the wheel, keep it on its stand - don't let it lie on down on the handle - this puts too much stress on it.
